Ready-to-ship artwork is typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment has been received.

Custom Commissions

Commission timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of each project. An estimated completion date will be provided before work begins.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx and include tracking whenever available.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@meganmelbadesign.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged artwork
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

This information helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
