Original Artwork
Due to the handmade nature of original artwork, all sales are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@meganmelbadesign.com with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can assist you.
Custom Commissions
Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for you, commission deposits are non-refundable and custom commissions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Every commission includes design collaboration throughout the process to ensure your artwork reflects your vision before completion.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped.
Delivery times vary depending on the artwork and whether the piece is an original or custom commission.
